Benjamin Krein’s litigation experience includes defending clients in civil class actions, government investigations, and white-collar criminal matters. Mr. Krein has worked on matters brought against clients involved in the energy, commodities, derivatives brokerage, and medical industries. Mr. Krein’s prior experience includes working as a corporate transactional lawyer on complex finance, securities, and business law matters. Most recently, Mr. Krein and other Zuckerman Spaeder lawyers defended at trial a former financial executive against criminal fraud and other charges filed in the Southern District of New York.
