Carlos T. Angulo is a partner with Zuckerman Spaeder LLP and focuses his practice on litigation, legislative/policy matters, and administrative practice before the Food and Drug Administration. His litigation practice focuses on complex commercial cases, including securities and consumer class actions. His legislative/policy practice focuses on civil rights and health-related issues. Mr. Angulo's practice before the Food and Drug Administration involves work on issues of interest to generic drug manufacturers and anti-smoking groups.
Mr. Angulo joined the firm in 1999, having previously served as legislative counsel to Senator Paul Sarbanes and as staff counsel to Senator Paul Simon on the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Senate Judiciary Committee. Before his work on Capitol Hill, Mr. Angulo served as a law clerk to the Hon. Phyllis A. Kravitch, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and as a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the Department of Justice.
