Frank Massabki concentrates his practice primarily on complex civil and criminal litigation in both federal and state court. His commercial practice is focused on business and contract disputes, securities fraud, and class action litigation. Mr. Massabki has represented corporate and individual clients in a broad array of white collar criminal matters, including fraud, money-laundering, drug smuggling, human trafficking, forfeitures, regulatory compliance and RICO.

At the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Massabki served on the managing board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He also was the Panel Director for the 2003 University of Virginia School of Law Conference on Public Service and the Law, and he gained first-hand clinical experience through the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Massabki has worked at the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Baker & McKenzie; observed political elections in Central Asia as a delegate of the U.S. State Department; and drafted legal assessments for the American Bar Association.

Mr. Massabki also is very active in community service. He represents indigent criminal defendants as a court-appointed attorney under the Criminal Justice Act, engages in pro bono work on behalf of abused and neglected children through his participation with Lawyers for Children America, and serves as a scoring judge for the annual statewide Chester Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition for law school students.
