Mr. Davidson concentrates his practice on complex civil and criminal litigation in both federal and state court.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davidson worked as a foreign law associate for the Tokyo-based Yanagida & Nomura, an international corporate law firm. While at the firm, he focused on matters of comparative and international law and lectured on comparative legal doctrine and practice. Mr. Davidson earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude, was a member of the Duke Law Journal and the Duke Innocence Project, and was a Mordecai Scholar. Mr. Davidson has extensive experience in information technology, serving as a network engineer for a specialty telecommunications firm, product manager for a software development company, and as a field engineer for a national IT support services firm.
