Eric Delinsky focuses his practice on white collar criminal litigation and complex civil litigation. A former Assistant Federal Public Defender, he has significant experience in the courtroom and in pre- and post-trial strategy and tactics. He has managed both criminal and civil litigation, tried several major cases to verdict, and handled numerous oral arguments, evidentiary hearings, and witness examinations.

During his tenure at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Maryland, Mr. Delinsky defended an array of white-collar criminal matters, including matters involving allegations of securities and accounting fraud, money laundering, mail and wire fraud, and tax fraud. He also spent several years at the law firm of Williams & Connolly LLP, where he represented companies and individuals in both criminal and civil matters. His civil experience includes products liability, intellectual property, administrative enforcement, securities, and First Amendment litigation.

Mr. Delinsky presently is an adjunct professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches trial practice. He earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1996, where he was a member of the law review and graduated magna cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1991. After law school, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Delinsky is admitted to practice in Washington, DC and Massachusetts.
