Marilyn Kohn concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, and arbitrations and mediations. She has represented clients in matters involving fraud, accounting and dissolution of international partnership, copyright and patent infringement, and contract disputes. She is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to law school, Ms. Kohn owned and operated an apparel manufacturing business producing brand-name clothing for national clients. She is actively involved in the community and has performed volunteer services for numerous organizations including Greater Miami Jewish Federation, Miami Homeless Assistance Center, Camilus House, Temple Beth Am, The Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity and Hands-On Miami.
