Marcos Hasbun focuses his practice on complex white collar criminal matters, complex civil litigation, and internal investigations. Mr. Hasbun has successfully secured a $1.8 million summary judgment on behalf of one of his clients, prevented the termination of another client’s Medicaid contract, and worked on the team that convinced the Office of Statewide Prosecution to dismiss felony charges against another client. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Hasbun is a member of the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar Associations. He is fluent in Spanish and French.
