Graeme Bush concentrates on complex civil and white collar criminal litigation, bringing experience as a business and transactional lawyer to sophisticated business litigation. His experience includes class action and derivative litigation, private securities fraud actions, SEC enforcement actions and investigations, pension litigation by and against plans and plan fiduciaries, complex mass tort bankruptcies, asset retrieval actions, attorney malpractice and disciplinary proceedings, and parallel white collar criminal proceedings. Mr. Bush has served as outside general counsel to several businesses and businessmen, advising on corporate matters and securities compliance and representing clients in connection with securities filings and business transactions. His business clients have included a specialty finance company in the credit card industry and a company in the early stages of commercial roll-out of smart card and stored value technology.
Mr. Bush clerked for the Honorable Roszel C. Thomsen, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Maryland, and he practiced at Caplin & Drysdale, Chartered, for over 21 years. He joined Zuckerman Spaeder in January 1999, where he serves as Chairman of the firm's Executive Committee and Partnership Board.
