Bruce Goldstein's practice focuses specifically on debtor and creditor rights. His representation of debtors spans more than 30 years and includes the range of industries in large, complex bankruptcy proceedings in the mid-Atlantic region. He has also represented secured creditors, creditors' committees, landlords, and other parties to bankruptcy and insolvency- related proceedings. He has served as a Trustee in both the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Virginia, and he has represented Trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings.
Mr. Goldstein has served on various bar committees, many of which relate to bankruptcy, reorganizations, and secured transactions.
