Virginia Guldi focuses her practice in bankruptcy law; she represents debtors from a range of industries in large, complex bankruptcy proceedings. She has also represented a number of secured creditors and other parties to bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Mrs. Guldi is a member of the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Delaware, Maryland, Eastern Virginia, Western Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits.
Mrs. Guldi has a degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Guldi earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1989. Mrs. Guldi served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Andrew D. Christie, Delaware Supreme Court, as a Wolcott fellow.
