Marshall Wolff focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and general corporate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of both real estate and non-real estate assets; asset management; real estate and business workouts and liquidations; creditors' remedies and debtors' rights; development and leasing of commercial and residential properties; corporate finance; mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; and general business counseling. In addition, Mr. Wolff consults with law firms on partnership agreements, firm restructuring, professional ethics, and law firm business transactions such as leases and commercial financing.

After graduating from law school in 1974, Mr. Wolff was the law clerk to Judge Robert C. Zampano, Jr., of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. After his clerkship, Mr. Wolff moved to Los Angeles, where he joined the law firm of Tuttle & Taylor. In 1981, Mr. Wolff relocated to Washington, DC where he served as the managing partner of Tuttle & Taylor's Washington, DC office before joining Zuckerman Spaeder. He is a member of the American Bar and District of Columbia Bar Associations and currently serves as a member on the firm's executive committee.
