Richard C. Seavey's practice focuses on commercial litigation, including trade secrets, commercial contracts and insurance coverage disputes, employment discrimination claims, and trademark infringement actions. He also has substantial experience in matters involving environmental contamination and mass torts. He has litigated in both state and federal courts throughout the nation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seavey worked at the Washington, DC, office of Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP.
Mr. Seavey is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia. During law school, he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Law and Politics and was an active member of the Employment Project, which provided legal assistance to unemployment compensation applicants.
