Geoffrey A. Davis concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, private placements and debt financings, commercial real estate sales and leases, general business advice, and trademarks. Mr. Davis has worked with public and privately-held companies, labor unions, and individuals. He is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
During law school, Mr. Davis was a member of the editorial board of the Catholic University Law Review and won the Dean’s Cup Appellate Moot Court Competition. Before law school, Mr. Davis managed assets of institutional trusts, including pension and insurance funds, for Mellon Trust/Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Co.
He received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Colorado in 1994 and his law degree, cum laude, from The Catholic University Columbus School of Law in 1999. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
