Currently we are handling several high-profile class action lawsuits, including:

• defending USAA in two cases seeking national certification for alleged failure to credit for PIP overcharges in one matter, and failure to pay for diminished value in the other
• defending MCI in a nationwide class action involving billing issues
• defending CIGNA in the Florida portion of a national class action involving overcharges for worker's compensation pool coverage
• defending Prudential in a suit by health care providers and subscribers alleging fraudulent over-billing

In addition, the firm recently defended these clients:

• the officers and directors of the former Southeast Bank for alleged malfeasance and securities violations
