Jason B. Acton’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense and appellate litigation. He has represented a variety of different clients, including Indian tribes, voting rights organizations, insurance companies, other attorneys, federal whistleblowers and individual and corporate defendants in both criminal and civil proceedings. He has also taken an active role in promoting voting rights and civil rights through the firm’s pro bono program.

Prior to joining Zuckerman Spaeder, Mr. Acton worked for the Honorable Julia Carson, former member of the United States House of Representatives from the Seventh District of Indiana.
