An associate in Zuckerman Spaeder LLP’s Washington, DC office, John ‎B. Timmer has experience related to antitrust litigation, white collar ‎criminal investigations, and environmental law. His clients have ranged ‎from government employees to pharmaceutical manufacturers.‎

Prior to joining Zuckerman Spaeder, Mr. Timmer was a law clerk to the ‎Honorable Ellen Segal Huvelle of the U.S. District Court for the District ‎of Columbia. He was previously a summer associate at Arnold and ‎Porter LLP, and also served as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s ‎Office, Criminal Division in Sacramento, CA. ‎

Mr. Timmer graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he ‎was a member of the Board of Student Advisors and was the student ‎writing editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Mr. Timmer ‎received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College.‎
