Mary Ann Ingberg has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy matters as well as in civil litigation. Her clients have primarily included companies in the construction, real estate development, and financial services industries. In her bankruptcy practice, she represents Chapter 11 debtors, creditors, committees of unsecured creditors, and Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees.

Prior to joining Zuckerman Spaeder LLP, Ms. Ingberg was in-house counsel to Interealty Corp., a provider of multiple listing services to real estate associations. In that position she counseled company executives and drafted and negotiated complex software licensing agreements. She also previously practiced at the firm Wickwire Gavin, P.C., where she handled construction law and bankruptcy matters.
