Zuckerman Spaeder LLP Welcomes New Lateral Partner

Zuckerman Spaeder LLP is pleased to announce that Dwight P. Bostwick has joined the firm as a partner in the Washington, D.C., office. Mr. Bostwick’s practice includes civil and white-collar criminal matters. His clients have included corporations as well as individual executives, associations, and labor unions in the technology, pharmaceutical, and professional services industries.

Adding him to our team is an important step in the firm’s strategic initiative to expand our business litigation practice and the representation of corporations and other institutional clients.”

Mr. Bostwick most recently was a partner at Baach Robinson & Lewis PLLC where his civil practice included representing clients in complex fraud and commercial matters. His white collar experience includes representing clients in federal grand jury investigations involving mail, wire, securities, and accounting fraud.

Mr. Bostwick previously served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Fraud Section, Mr. Bostwick prosecuted criminal fraud cases across the country. In this position he was one of three prosecutors responsible for the original Whitewater grand jury investigation prior to the appointment of the independent counsel. He later served as deputy special counsel for financial institution fraud in the Deputy Attorney General’s Office at DOJ. Following his graduation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1988, Mr. Bostwick served as a clerk to Chief Judge Manuel L. Real of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
