Zuckerman Spaeder LLP partners William W. Taylor and Aitan D. Goelman spoke at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) National Institute on Internal Corporate Investigations and In-House Counsel, held in Washington, DC on May 6-8, 2009. Mr. Goelman was part of a May 7 panel on “Protecting the Attorney-Client Privelege.” The session discussed topics such as:

On May 8, Mr. Taylor participated in a panel on “Preventive Conduct: Installing an Effective Compliance Program to Avoid Government Investigations.” Presenters in this session focused on issues such as:
