Zuckerman Spaeder LLP partners William W. Taylor and Aitan D. Goelman spoke at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) National Institute on Internal Corporate Investigations and In-House Counsel, held in Washington, DC on May 6-8, 2009. Mr. Goelman was part of a May 7 panel on “Protecting the Attorney-Client Privelege.” The session discussed topics such as:
