Zuckerman Spaeder LLP’s Public Client Practice provides legal advice and litigation support to attorneys general and other governmental clients. The practice is dedicated to helping attorneys general and other public clients where they need it most—from addressing highly specialized legal issues to balancing the playing field against substantial adversaries.
The Public Client Practice draws upon the experience of Zuckerman Spaeder’s many former prosecutors and other government lawyers who served in state and federal government. The members of the group have advised attorneys general and other governmental clients in the areas of consumer protection, securities litigation, pharmaceutical/food and drug, antitrust, tax, charitable trust enforcement, and civil rights.
The creation of this practice group reflects Zuckerman Spaeder’s commitment to public clients and cases, and builds upon the firm’s considerable experience in litigating important matters for both public and private clients.
