Litigation Boutique of the Year, Finalist, American Lawyer, 2005

Zuckerman Spaeder has been named one of the top five firms in The American Lawyer's inaugural "Litigation Boutique of the Year" competition. The results were published in the magazine's January issue.

The only East Coast law firm named to the list, Zuckerman Spaeder was selected for its track record of preparation, integrity and positive results defending clients in high profile civil and white collar litigation. Of special note was the firm's successful defense and acquittal of former Salt Lake City Olympic Committee president Thomas Welch, and for serving as the litigation muscle behind the remarkable advances made by the Oneida Indian Nation in upstate New York.
