Zuckerman Spaeder LLP Congratulates Partner Gregg L. Bernstein on Win in Democratic Primary for Baltimore State’s Attorney

Zuckerman Spaeder LLP is proud to congratulate partner Gregg L. Bernstein on his victory over 15-year incumbent Patricia Jessamy in the Democratic primary for Baltimore State’s Attorney. Mr. Bernstein, who will not face a challenger in the general election, will take office in January 2011.

Mr. Bernstein joined Zuckerman Spaeder as a partner in 2003. He has extensive experience representing clients in criminal and civil matters, and has tried cases in both federal and state courts. As an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland from 1987 to 1991, Mr. Bernstein prosecuted a wide variety of federal criminal matters. In 1993 he formed Martin, Junghans, Snyder & Bernstein, where he practiced in the areas of white collar criminal defense, commercial litigation, and complex civil litigation in both federal and state courts.

Mr. Bernstein is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America.
