On May 20, 2009, Zuckerman Spaeder LLP partners Thomas B. Mason and Marshall S. Wolff will present a seminar on "Departing Partners: Fiduciary Duties and Ethics Issues." This seminar will discuss the following topics:

Registration will begin at 11:45 p.m. and the program will adjourn at 1:45 p.m. The prgram will be held at Zuckerman Spaeder's office at 1800 M Street, NW, Suite 1000, Washington, DC. Attendees are eligible to receive 1.5 hours of Virginia MCLE credit. Lunch will be served.
