Zuckerman Spaeder LLP Names Conor B. O'Croinin Partner

Zuckerman Spaeder LLP is pleased to announce that Conor B. O’Croinin has been named partner. Mr. O’Croinin, who is based in the firm’s Baltimore office, works on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters throughout the country.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. O’Croinin has represented clients in high-stakes litigation concerning real estate transactions, corporate veil piercing, and intellectual property disputes, among others. His experience also includes representing lawyers and law firms against claims of legal malpractice and disqualification motions, and corporations and their officers in campaign finance investigations by the Maryland State Prosecutor and the Federal Election Commission.

Before joining Zuckerman Spaeder, Mr. O’Croinin clerked for the Hon. Alan M. Wilner of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, and the Hon. Beth P. Gesner of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Since 2011, Super Lawyers has recognized Mr. O’Croinin as a “Rising Star” in its annual legal rankings. Mr. O’Croinin has also received the Martindale-Hubbell AV® Rating, which recognizes attorneys who have been admitted to the bar for 10 or more years for “the highest level of professional excellence.”

Mr. O’Croinin graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2000, where he was a member of the mock trial team. In 2004, he graduated with honor from the University of Maryland School of Law and was made a member of the Order of the Coif upon graduation.
