Zuckerman Spaeder LLP partner Jon R. Fetterolf will participate in “The Art of Remediation Programs: How to Clean Up after an FCPA Investigation or Penalty, and When to Start,” a panel discussion that will take place May 20, 2014, during the 16th Annual New York Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Mr. Fetterolf will offer guidance on a number of challenges that companies face in the aftermath of an FCPA investigation. As part of the panel discussion, he will provide his thoughts on recommended approaches to compliance policies and procedures when the company is in remediation, decisions on whether to terminate or rehabilitate associated employees, and best practices for making disclosures to customers.
