Zuckerman Spaeder sponsored the lunch plenary session on the presentence report and departure/variances. The panel featured U.S. District Judge Paul D. Borman of the Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. District Judge Robin J. Cauthron of the Western District of Oklahoma, Federal Public Defender Donna L. Elm of the Middle District of Florida, Chief U.S. Probation Officer Elaine Terenzi of the Middle District of Florida, and Jonathan J.
