Town Hall Meeting: Brady Practices in State and Federal Jurisdictions

Zuckerman Spaeder LLP partners Morris “Sandy” Weinberg Jr. and Jack Fernandez were featured in the American Bar Association (ABA) White Collar Crime Committee’s presentation, “Town Hall Meeting: Brady Practices in State and Federal Jurisdictions”. Mr. Weinberg moderated and Mr. Fernandez served as a panelist for the program, as part of the ABA Criminal Justice Section White Collar Crime Committee’s Fall Meeting. The panel examined and debated the emerging issues regarding Brady/disclosure obligations and practices in state and federal jurisdictions around the country. Panelists also explored some of the recent cases where Brady/disclosure violations resulted in dismissal of indictments and/or sanctions of prosecutors.
