Almas Abdulla is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Zuckerman Spaeder.

Before joining the firm, Almas clerked for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.


Almas graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was Articles Editor of Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law, Co-President of the Muslim Law Students Association, and served on the Managing Board of the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. While in law school, she was a legal extern for Muslim Advocates, a national civil rights organization. She also participated in the Innocence Project and Civil Rights Clinics, where she worked on post-conviction and habeas issues, section 1983 prison litigation, expungement, and legislative advocacy. 

Prior to attending law school, Almas worked in the financial services industry.
