Ariella E. Muller is an associate in the New York office of Zuckerman Spaeder.
Before joining the firm, Ariella was a litigation associate at an international law firm where she represented clients in complex commercial disputes, securities litigation and enforcement, and white collar criminal defense matters.
Ariella graduated from Columbia Law School, where she served as Notes Editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. While in law school, she was a recipient of the Parker School Recognition of Achievement and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She also served as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, the Queen’s County District Attorney’s Office, and the New York County District Attorney’s Office.

- Represented a senior financial services executive in connection with a confidential SEC insider trading investigation, culminating in no enforcement action.
- Represented a corporation in connection with a shareholder derivative suit alleging securities violations, breach of fiduciary duties, unjust enrichment, and corporate waste.
- Represented a financial services company in connection with a New York State Attorney General and FTC investigation.
- Represented a private equity firm in connection with a complex bankruptcy proceeding.
