Brian Beaton is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Zuckerman Spaeder.
Before joining the firm, Brian was a law clerk to the Hon. Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Hon. Katherine Polk Failla of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Brian was previously an associate at a multinational law firm, where he worked in the antitrust and policyholder insurance groups.
Brian graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Harvard Law and Policy Review and a First-Year Moot Court Co-Chair and a legal writing teaching assistant for the Board of Student Advisers. While in law school, Brian was a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, where he worked on matters related to criminal prosecutions and United States agencies.
