Courtney Christensen is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Zuckerman Spaeder.

Before joining the firm, Courtney served as a law clerk to the Hon. Louis L. Stanton of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She was previously an associate at an international law firm.


Courtney graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Senior Notes Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law. While in law school, Courtney was a law clerk for the California Attorney General’s Office, a legal and policy fellow for the Accountability Counsel, a student attorney for the Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic through Rising for Justice, and a student fellow for the National Habeas Institute.
