- Served as the court-appointed conservator for a large law firm in directing the winding up of the firm.
- Represented a large medical institution that was the victim of an extortion plot by a prominent personal injury lawyer.
- Represents a leading manufacturer and distributor of beverages and snack food products in an action brought by Baltimore City alleging damages caused by plastic-containing materials.
- Represented the former president of a generic pharmaceutical company in parallel investigations by State Attorneys General and the DOJ into alleged price-fixing in the generic drug industry.
- Represented the Board of Directors of a large U.S. manufacturing company with regard to a criminal antitrust investigation by the Department of Justice. After extensive investigation, the DOJ ultimately declined to prosecute.
- Obtained the dismissal of a federal indictment on behalf of the former vice president in charge of the natural gas liquids futures trading desk of a major international oil company who was indicted along with a number of other individuals with the attempted market manipulation of the propane futures market under the Commodity Futures Trading Act.
- Represented the owners of a national demolition business who were acquitted of violations of federal campaign contribution laws.
- Represented a minority stakeholder that received a $15 million judgment after being squeezed out of a family business.
- Represented an international underwriter in major insurance coverage cases related to asbestos claims, exposure to lead-based paint, and the use of products containing Teflon.
- Represents a publicly traded cryptocurrency exchange platform in regulatory action brought by State Securities Commissioner.
