Jason B. Acton’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, legal ethics, and appellate litigation.


Jason has represented a variety of different clients, including Native American tribes, voting rights organizations, insurance companies, other attorneys, law firms, and individual and corporate defendants in both criminal and civil proceedings. He has also taken an active role in promoting voting rights and civil rights through the firm’s pro bono program.

Prior to joining Zuckerman Spaeder, Jason worked for the Honorable Julia Carson, former member of the United States House of Representatives from the Seventh District of Indiana.
