Kalie Hardos

Kalie Hardos plays a key role in Zuckerman Spaeder’s marketing and attorney recruiting initiatives. As a member of the firm’s Marketing Department, Kalie leads the firm’s communication and public relations efforts, ensuring that firm insights, values, and case outcomes are communicated with clarity and efficiency to clients, the broader legal community, and the media.

In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Kalie leads the firm’s attorney recruiting and hiring process. She manages all aspects of attorney recruitment, from candidate engagement to working closely with the Human Resources Department to facilitate the onboarding and integration process, ensuring a smooth and strategic hiring experience for both incoming attorneys and the firm.

Kalie also oversees the firm’s AlumZS program, fostering meaningful connections with firm alumni and creating opportunities for continued engagement and collaboration. Additionally, she actively supports several internal committees including the Professional Development Committee and Mentorship Committee, contributing to initiatives that promote attorney growth and career advancement within the firm.

Prior to joining Zuckerman Spaeder. Kalie spent five years at an international litigation firm.
