Kurt M. Reiser
Kurt Reiser focuses on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil and criminal proceedings.
Kurt has represented plaintiffs in class actions arising from the denial of health insurance coverage for medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. He has defended law firms in professional malpractice litigation. Kurt has also represented corporate and public officials in criminal defense matters. During his tenure at the firm, he has gained experience with electronic discovery, case management, and trial presentation technology.
While in law school, Kurt had internships at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida and the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Florida. Prior to law school, he was a legal assistant in the litigation, transportation, and international trade practices of a Washington, D.C., law firm.
