Melinda Harris’ practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation matters. Melinda has worked on matters brought against clients in the health care and financial industries. She has extensive e-discovery experience and has worked on multiple large document reviews and productions. Most recently, Melinda was part of the team that defended the former general counsel of a managed care company against health care fraud and other charges.
Melinda also maintains an active pro bono practice representing children in dependency matters. Melinda’s prior experience includes representing a large company with over 30,000 employees in employment law matters.
