Robert E. Jaffe

Robert E. Jaffe’s practice focuses on white collar crime and State and Federal government investigations, including whistleblower actions, plaintiff class actions, and litigation involving international banking.  His extensive experience also includes healthcare fraud defense and corporate environmental defense. His excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong background in the review and production of documents using various platforms to access electronic discovery allow him to make valuable insights and decisions on behalf of the firm and its clients.
