Today, Zuckerman Spaeder’s client Trevor Bauer filed a lawsuit against Lindsey Hill and one of her attorneys, Fred Thiagarajah, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California alleging claims of defamation against Ms. Hill and Mr. Thiagarajah and claims of tortious interference with contract and prospective economic advantage against Ms. Hill.
