Mr. Goldstein’s career spans more than 30 years; he has represented both debtors and creditors ‎across a range of industries in large bankruptcy and insolvency-related proceedings. Mr. Goldstein ‎also represents secured creditors, creditors’ committees, landlords, and other parties. He has served ‎as a trustee in both the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of ‎Virginia, and has represented trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. Mr. Goldstein has ‎served on various bar committees, many of which relate to bankruptcy, reorganizations, and secured ‎transactions.‎
